This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact AdNxt or use our services, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to adnxt.com, our WhatsApp Business number, our social media accounts, and the internal tools we use to run our marketing.
Who is responsible for your data.

1. What we collect
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, phone number, email address | You, when you enquire | To reply and to provide the service you asked about |
| Business details, city, budget, timeline | You, during the enquiry | To understand what you need and quote accurately |
| Message history | WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, our website | So a conversation continues sensibly instead of restarting |
| Website analytics | Your browser | To understand which pages are useful. No advertising cookies. |
| Social media metrics | Meta, Google | Aggregate performance of our own posts. Not linked to you individually. |
We do not collect special category data — health, religion, biometrics, political opinion — and ask that you do not send it to us.
2. Automated messaging and AI
When you message our WhatsApp Business number you may receive an automated reply. It identifies itself as an automated assistant and does not pretend to be a person. It answers only from information we have approved in advance. Where it cannot answer confidently it says so and passes the conversation to a human.
We use AI services to draft marketing content and to help answer enquiries. Where a message contains your personal data it is processed under a paid arrangement that does not permit the provider to use it to improve their models. No automated decision is made about you that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.
Some of the images and video in our marketing are generated by AI. Where a platform provides a label for synthetic media, we use it.
3. Why we are allowed to hold it
- To take steps you asked for — replying to your enquiry, preparing a quotation, delivering work.
- Consent — for marketing messages. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
- Legitimate interests — keeping records of our own work, securing our systems, understanding which of our own content performs.
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.
4. Marketing messages
We send marketing messages only where there is a lawful basis — you messaged us first, submitted a form, opted in through an advertisement, or asked to be contacted. We keep a record of when and how that permission was given.
To stop them: reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us. It takes effect immediately and permanently. We keep a minimal record of the opt-out itself so we can honour it.
5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data. We never have. We use these service providers, and only for the purposes described:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms | WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messaging | Global |
| Google (Gemini) | Drafting content and assisting replies | Global |
| Hostinger | Website and application hosting | India / EU |
| PixVerse | Video generation for our own marketing | Global |
Some providers operate outside India. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the provider’s own contractual safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not become work — 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records — for the engagement plus 7 years, as tax law requires.
- Message history — 36 months.
- Opt-out records — kept indefinitely, in minimal form, so we can prove we honoured your request.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it for marketing;
- restrict or object to a particular use;
- provide it in a portable format.
Email info@adnxt.com. We reply within 30 days and do not charge. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board; in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national authority.
To delete data we hold via Facebook or Instagram, see our data deletion page.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sensitive fields — phone numbers, message content and access tokens — are encrypted in our database with keys held separately. Access requires a passkey; there is no password to steal. We keep an audit log of actions taken on customer records and back up nightly.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you we will tell you and the relevant authority within the time the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, tell you directly.
