Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

How to ask.
Email bindrawati@nexunimat.com with the subject Data deletion request, or message +91 85954 35784.
Please include the phone number, email address or social media handle you contacted us from, so we can find the right record.

What happens next

We confirm we received your request, usually within one working day.
We locate everything associated with you — enquiry record, message history, and any notes.
We delete it and confirm in writing.

This is completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Data received through Facebook or Instagram

If you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, we may hold your name, profile identifier and the messages you sent us. The same request deletes that too — email us as above and say which platform you used.

You can also remove our access from the platform itself: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops any further sharing, and you should still email us to have the existing records deleted.

What we cannot delete

We are honest about the exceptions rather than promising more than we can do:

Invoices and tax records, if you have been a paying client. Indian tax law requires these to be kept for seven years.
A minimal opt-out record — your contact details in a form that lets us recognise and honour your request not to be contacted. Deleting this entirely would mean we could not tell that you had opted out.
Content already published on a social platform, which is governed by that platform’s own controls.

Everything else goes.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us and we will look again. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in India the Data Protection Board, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in the EU your national authority.
