LegalCookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This is a general template: please have it reviewed by a legal advisor before publishing.
This Cookie Policy explains how AdNxt ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on adnxt.com, what categories they fall into and how you can manage your choices. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your actions and preferences (such as your consent choices) and can help us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags; this policy covers all of them.
How we ask for your consent
The first time you visit our website, a consent banner lets you choose between Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Manage Preferences. No analytics, marketing or personalization technology runs until you grant consent for its category. Your choice is stored on your device for up to 12 months so that the banner does not reappear on every visit, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the link below.
Open cookie preferences to review or change your current choices.
Categories of cookies we use
1. Essential cookies (always active)
These are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They include the storage we use to remember your cookie choices and basic security and form-protection features. They do not track you across other websites.
- adnxt_consent_v1 (local storage): remembers your consent choices for up to 12 months.
- Spam-protection tokens (for example Google reCAPTCHA, when enabled on our forms) used solely to keep our forms safe.
2. Analytics cookies (optional)
These help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular and where visitors come from, so we can improve content and performance. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for this purpose. These tools load only after you grant analytics consent, and Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied until then.
3. Marketing cookies (optional)
These may be set by advertising platforms (for example Google Ads or Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our own campaigns and, where enabled, to show more relevant ads. They load only after you grant marketing consent. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Personalization cookies (optional)
These remember choices you make (such as preferred region or previously viewed content) to give you a more tailored experience. They load only after you grant personalization consent.
Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to our banner, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work, including remembering your consent choice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
