Being an affiliate partner is never a requirement for coverage, and non-partners appear in our rankings when they deserve to.<\/p>\n<h2>Evaluation Criteria<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on category, we evaluate: ease of use, features, output quality, reliability, pricing and free-plan value, integrations, customer support, security, collaboration, mobile support, learning curve, and scalability. Each article states which criteria were used.<\/p>\n<h2>How We Research<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Official product documentation and changelogs<\/li>\n<li>Current pricing pages, checked on a recorded date<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on evaluation where we have access to the product<\/li>\n<li>Verified user feedback from public review platforms<\/li>\n<li>Vendor security and privacy documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When a conclusion is based on research rather than hands-on testing, the article says so. We do not claim testing we did not perform.<\/p>\n<h2>Ratings and Verdicts<\/h2>\n<p>We avoid declaring one universal winner unless the evidence clearly supports it. Instead, we recommend the best tool for specific user types: marketers, developers, students, small businesses, and so on.<\/p>\n<h2>Updates<\/h2>\n<p>Comparison and pricing content is rechecked on a schedule.
